The Angels took an early lead in the first inning with two runs and continued to build momentum throughout the game. They showcased their batting strength particularly in the fifth inning when they added another two runs to their tally. The team's performance at bat was impressive, boasting a .378 average and achieving four extra-base hits which contributed significantly to their seven runs batted in (RBI). The Angels were also successful on base paths, stealing twice without being caught.
