First Inning

The game began on a promising note for the Halos. In their first opportunity at bat, they managed to put one run on the board thanks to an early home run by Zach Neto. This initial spark seemed to set an optimistic tone for what could have been a competitive matchup against their formidable opponents. However, this would be their only scoring moment throughout the evening.

Fourth Inning

As both teams settled into their rhythms, it was during this inning that things took a decisive turn in favor of the Bronx Bombers. The Yankees unleashed an offensive surge that saw them score four runs off four hits. This sequence effectively shifted momentum entirely towards them and left Angels scrambling defensively.

Eighth Inning

Despite efforts from players like Jo Adell who maintained strong fielding performance with no errors and Travis d'Arnaud who contributed with his perfect batting average from limited opportunities, these individual efforts were not enough to counterbalance New York's dominance. By this point in time, another run was added by Yanks due to an error committed by Kevin Newman which further widened their lead over Halos.

Throughout nine innings played under night skies at Anaheim’s iconic venue filled nearly up-to-capacity attendance (43,626), pitching remained solid yet unspectacular for both sides; however it was ultimately Yankee’s ability capitalize key moments that secured victory here today while leaving local fans yearning more consistent output from beloved home squad moving forward into future contests scheduled ahead soon enough indeed!
