First Inning

The Angels started strong with an early run in the first inning, thanks to a hit from Nolan Schanuel. However, their momentum was quickly matched by the Orioles who scored two runs on two hits, capitalizing on an error by Los Angeles. This set an early tone of competition between both teams.

Third Inning

In the third inning, Schanuel once again made his mark with another hit that brought in a run for Los Angeles. Despite this effort from Schanuel, who had one home run and one RBI with an impressive .500 average in this game, it wasn't enough to keep up with Baltimore’s defense which held firm against further scoring attempts.

Sixth Inning

As we moved into the sixth inning, Baltimore widened their lead significantly by scoring two more runs off three hits while exploiting another error from Los Angeles’ side. The Angels struggled defensively throughout this period as they failed to contain Baltimore’s offense effectively.

Seventh Inning

The seventh inning saw Baltimore breaking away decisively as they added four more runs to their tally through strategic hitting and taking advantage of pitching weaknesses displayed by Los Angeles’ bullpen which had an ERA of over 23 during this segment alone.

Eighth Inning

Baltimore continued its offensive surge into eighth inning adding two additional runs making it difficult for any comeback attempt from Los Angeles whose bats went silent after third inning without any further scores despite having five total hits across nine innings played.
