For Boston, despite trailing behind in hits with only six throughout the game, they managed to keep pace by scoring runs in critical moments during the fifth and seventh innings before rallying for two more runs in the eighth inning.


Among individual performances for Houston, Alex Bregman stood out with his exceptional batting average of .500 including hitting one home run which contributed significantly towards his OPS of 1.85 for this game. Similarly impactful was Yordan Alvarez who drove in three runs while boasting an impressive slugging percentage (SLG) of 2.0.

The defensive aspect also played a key role where both teams displayed error-free games contributing towards maintaining tight scores until the very end.
