First Inning


The opening inning saw both teams struggling to find their rhythm offensively. The Athletics were unable to capitalize on any opportunities, going hitless in their first attempt at bat. Meanwhile, the Halos managed just one hit but failed to convert it into runs.


Second Inning


In the second inning, the Green and Gold began showing signs of life as they scored their first run of the game. With three hits in this inning alone, they demonstrated an ability to challenge the Angels' defense early on.

Third Inning


As we moved into the third inning, neither team managed to add any runs despite some promising starts. The A’s recorded another hit but couldn't bring anyone home due to strong defensive plays by Los Angeles.


Fourth Inning


The fourth inning proved pivotal for both sides; however it was particularly significant for Oakland who scored three crucial runs thanks largely due Nick Kurtz's impressive performance which included hitting his first home run during this period - boosting morale among teammates significantly!

Despite gaining momentum earlier on through solid batting efforts from players like Shea Langeliers (who had two hits), things took an unexpected turn when Los Angeles responded fiercely by scoring four times themselves within just one frame!
