Blue Jays' Late Rally Falls Short Against Astros at Rogers Centre

First Inning

Second Inning


In the early innings, both teams struggled to find their rhythm offensively. The second inning saw Houston take an initial lead as they managed to score 1 run on a hit. Toronto's defense held firm despite allowing another hit in this inning.


Sixth Inning


By the sixth inning, Houston extended their lead with another run scored on one hit. Meanwhile, Toronto's pitching staff worked diligently to keep further damage at bay, showcasing solid performances from José Berríos and Braydon Fisher.


Eighth Inning


The eighth inning marked a turning point for Toronto as they mounted a comeback attempt.
