From the outset, both teams demonstrated strong defensive plays. The Braves struggled at bat throughout most of the game but managed to secure runs in the fourth and fifth innings and added one more in their final attempt during the ninth inning. Orlando Arcia stood out for Atlanta with an impressive batting average of .500 and an on-base percentage (OBP) of .667. His performance was highlighted by hitting home runs at every second at-bat and achieving an on-base plus slugging (OPS) rate of 2.667.

On the pitching side for Atlanta, Harrison Holmes showcased his skills by maintaining an earned run average (ERA) of 1.8 across five innings pitched while striking out opponents at a rate of 14.4 per nine innings pitched and keeping his walks plus hits per inning pitched (WHIP) low at 0.6.

Despite these individual performances from Arcia and Holmes among others, Atlanta's overall hitting statistics revealed challenges as they finished with a batting average of .133 and managed only four hits against Milwaukee's pitchers who collectively maintained an ERA below eight across eight innings pitched.

The Brewers capitalized on their opportunities by scoring one run in the fifth inning followed by three runs each in both sixth and eighth innings which ultimately sealed their victory over Atlanta. The home team displayed strong batting prowess throughout these key moments which contributed significantly to their win.
