The Milwaukee Brewers, with a season record of 52-36, faced off against the Colorado Rockies, who held a record of 30-57, in an intense game that concluded with a final score of 3-4. Despite the Brewers' efforts and strategic plays throughout the nine innings, they could not secure a win against the Rockies.

The Brewers managed to accumulate eight hits during the game but were hindered by two errors that proved costly. The team's scoring was concentrated in the middle innings, with two runs batted in during the fourth inning and an additional run in the sixth. Their pitching staff threw a total of 169 pitches across all innings, striving to contain the Rockies' lineup.

Key players for the Brewers included Jackson Chourio and Andruw Monasterio. Chourio showcased his batting skills by achieving an impressive .500 average for this game along with one RBI and maintaining an on-base percentage of .75. Monasterio contributed significantly as well with two RBIs on a .500 batting average and an on-base percentage of .5. On the mound, Joel Payamps and Robert Zastryzny both delivered flawless performances from the bullpen, maintaining ERA and WHIP at 0.0 while striking out nine batters per nine innings pitched.

On defense, Rhys Hoskins demonstrated perfect fielding with a fielding percentage of 1.0 alongside Christian Yelich and Brice Turang who also maintained error-free performances contributing to their defensive stability.

Despite these individual successes for Milwaukee Brewers players', it was not enough to overcome The Rockies’ performance which saw them leverage their eight hits effectively across different innings to secure four runs without committing any errors throughout their defensive play.
