Brewers Outclass Pirates with Stellar Performance at American Family Field

The Brewers set the tone early, scoring two runs in the first inning and continuing to build on their lead with consistent hitting. Notably, Willy Adames shone brightly, boasting an impressive .600 batting average for the game, including a home run that contributed significantly to Milwaukee's total of nine runs. Adames' performance was complemented by his flawless fielding, maintaining a perfect fielding percentage alongside his teammates.


Christian Yelich and Andruw Monasterio also made significant contributions with identical batting averages of .667. Yelich added depth to the lineup without driving in any runs but getting on base frequently which kept pressure on Pittsburgh's pitching staff. Monasterio displayed discipline at the plate with an on-base percentage boosted by walks.

On the mound for Milwaukee was Tobias Myers who delivered an exceptional start. Myers pitched eight innings without allowing any runs and striking out six batters while only giving up four hits. His ERA remained at 0.0 for this outing as he secured another win for his team.


The Pirates struggled against Milwaukee's pitchers throughout the game, managing only four hits and failing to score any runs. Their inability to capitalize on limited opportunities left them shut out by game's end.
