First Inning

The game began with both teams showing strong defensive plays. The Brewers managed to get one hit in their first inning but were unable to capitalize on it. Meanwhile, the Guardians were held scoreless by Milwaukee's starting pitcher Freddy Peralta, who demonstrated control early on.

Fourth Inning

The fourth inning proved pivotal for Cleveland as they broke through Milwaukee's defenses. The Guardians scored three runs off two hits in this inning alone, taking advantage of some well-timed batting and strategic base running. Despite Peralta's efforts on the mound, his ERA climbed to 6.75 after this inning.

Sixth Inning

In the sixth inning, Cleveland added another run to their tally thanks to consistent hitting and patient plate appearances that wore down Milwaukee’s bullpen. Elvis Peguero came in as relief for the Brewers and managed an impressive strikeout rate of 18 per nine innings but couldn't prevent another run from crossing home plate.

Seventh Inning

Cleveland continued their offensive momentum into the seventh inning by adding one more run against Bryan Hudson’s pitching efforts. Hudson struggled slightly with control issues during his appearance but maintained a high strikeout rate of over 21 per nine innings pitched.

Ninth Inning

As the game drew towards its end in the ninth inning, neither team was able to alter their scores further despite opportunities presented by hits from both sides throughout earlier innings. The Brew Crew ended up leaving eleven runners stranded on base over nine innings without converting any into runs—a testament to Cleveland’s effective defense and pitching strategy throughout this matchup.
