Second Inning


The second inning proved pivotal for the Cards as they exploded with three runs on four hits, setting an early tone that would ultimately decide their fate. In contrast, Milwaukee responded with a run each in both fourth and fifth innings thanks largely due to consistent hitting from their lineup which included eight total hits throughout nine innings played.


Sixth Inning Onwards
