They managed to convert 13 hits into eight runs while maintaining a perfect fielding percentage.


Dansby Swanson stood out with an exceptional performance, boasting a .500 batting average and achieving an OPS of 1.75 thanks to his home run that contributed significantly to the team's momentum. Seiya Suzuki also made notable contributions with three RBIs and an impressive .600 batting average for this game.

On the pitching side, Justin Steele led as starting pitcher with an ERA of 0.0 across seven innings pitched, limiting Orioles hitters to just three hits and contributing significantly to his team's shutout victory.


The Orioles struggled offensively throughout the game against both starters and relievers from Chicago Cubs' pitching staff. Their hitters were limited to five hits overall and failed to convert any opportunities into runs.
