Did Diamondbacks' Fifth Inning Spark Against Padres Come Too Late at Chase Field?

First Inning

The Arizona Diamondbacks faced off against the San Diego Padres at Chase Field in a game that ended with an 8-2 scoreline. The D-Backs, now holding a 36-35 record, struggled to find their rhythm against the Friars, who improved to 39-31. The game began quietly for both teams as neither managed to score in the first inning. The Snakes were unable to capitalize on their opportunities early on, with no hits recorded.
