First Inning

The game began with both teams struggling to find their rhythm. The D-Backs couldn't get on base in their first inning, while the G-Men managed a single hit but failed to score. This set a cautious tone for what would become an eventful matchup.

Second Inning

Arizona found momentum in the second inning with a burst of energy that saw them score 3 runs off just one hit, capitalizing on a fielding error by San Francisco. However, this was quickly countered by the Orange and Black's response of two runs from three hits, leveling up the competition early on.

Third Inning

In another display of offensive prowess, both teams added to their scores. The Snakes managed another run thanks to Gabriel Moreno's impressive performance at bat—he ended his day with a .667 average and two hits out of three appearances—while San Francisco matched this effort with two more runs.

Sixth Inning - Turning Point

The sixth inning proved pivotal as it marked a turning point in favor of San Francisco. A five-run explosion from four hits put them firmly ahead and highlighted Arizona's pitching struggles; Brandyn Garcia’s ERA soared to 18.0 during this period.

Eighth Inning

Despite trailing behind significantly after San Francisco’s dominant sixth inning, Arizona attempted a comeback with Corbin Carroll contributing one run from his single hit during this frame. Yet again though, they were met by resistance as SF added another run themselves through consistent hitting efforts across innings seven and eight.
