The Mariners showcased their offensive strength early in the game, with notable innings including a three-run burst in the fourth inning and consistent scoring in the second, fifth, and sixth innings. Their hitting statistics were impressive with an overall batting average of .359 and an on-base percentage (OBP) of .405. The team's performance was bolstered by key players who made significant contributions. Thomas Murphy stood out with an exceptional batting average of 1.000, driving in three runs off three hits and maintaining an OBP of 1.0 across his appearances at bat.

Marco Gonzales delivered from the mound for the Mariners as well, earning a win with his pitching that resulted in no earned runs against him and maintaining an ERA of 0.0 across more than three innings pitched. His efforts contributed significantly to keeping the Diamondbacks' scoring opportunities limited.

Despite some fielding mishaps that led to three errors for Seattle, their offensive momentum ensured they stayed ahead throughout most of this encounter. The bullpen also played its part effectively; Juan Then provided standout pitching relief by not allowing any earned runs and striking out batters at an impressive rate of 18 strikeouts per nine innings pitched.

On defense though there were challenges; Mason McCoy had trouble on fielding resulting in one error but made up for it significantly with his batting prowess by hitting perfectly when given chances which included hitting two home runs.

Looking ahead, fans can catch their next game as they host Colorado Rockies at Peoria Sports Complex on March 4th at 3:10 PM EDT. This upcoming match promises another exciting display from both teams as they continue their preseason preparations. Fans can tune into ROOT Sports NW for live coverage from Peoria.
