The Mariners' performance was highlighted by a significant contribution from Jorge Polanco, who boasted an impressive batting average of .600 including two home runs that contributed to three runs batted in (RBIs). His on-base percentage (OBP) stood at .600 while his slugging percentage (SLG) reached an outstanding 1.8, culminating in an on-base plus slugging (OPS) of 2.4.


On the pitching side, Bryan Woo demonstrated commendable control and efficiency from the mound for the Mariners. Woo's earned run average (ERA) remained unblemished at 0.0 across four innings pitched, maintaining a WHIP (Walks plus Hits per Innings Pitched) of 1.25 and striking out opponents at a rate of 6.75 per nine innings.

The bullpen also played a crucial role in securing the win for Seattle with Collin Snider earning a victory without allowing any earned runs and achieving an ERA of 0.0 alongside Yimi García and Andrés Muñoz who both mirrored Snider's ERA performance while showcasing impressive strikeout rates per nine innings—18.0 for García and 13.5 for Muñoz respectively.


Despite facing challenges including two fielding errors which could have swayed momentum, the Mariners displayed resilience by capitalizing on key moments such as hitting three home runs throughout the game which significantly contributed to their six total runs scored against the White Sox.
