Mariners' Struggles and Highlights

The Mariners managed to score just one run throughout the game, which came in the third inning. J.P. Crawford was instrumental in this effort with his impressive .500 batting average and an OPS of 1.25 from previous performances that hinted at his potential impact on this game. However, it was Dylan Moore who provided Seattle's sole highlight with a solo home run that momentarily lifted spirits among fans.

Seattle's pitching staff had difficulty containing Toronto's offense. Bryce Miller started for the M’s but faced challenges early on with an ERA of 12.6 and WHIP of 2.0 over five innings pitched previously; he allowed seven earned runs during his time on the mound against Toronto.
