First Inning

The opening inning saw both teams struggling to find their rhythm, with neither side managing to put any runs on the board. The Mariners recorded two hits but failed to capitalize on these opportunities.

Second Inning

Seattle's offense came alive in the second inning, scoring four runs off two hits and taking advantage of an error by the Halos. This early surge set a strong tone for the M’s as they looked to build momentum against their rivals.

Third to Sixth Innings

Despite several attempts from both sides, innings three through six remained scoreless for Seattle. The Angels managed to chip away at the lead with one run in each of the third and fourth innings and another in the fifth, bringing them closer but still trailing behind.

Seventh Inning Onwards

As tension mounted, neither team could break through until late into extra innings. The Mariners' bullpen held firm despite allowing two unearned runs across these frames. Andrés Muñoz showcased his pitching prowess with an impressive strikeout rate during his time on the mound.

Eleventh and Twelfth Innings

In a dramatic turn during extra innings, both teams scored once in the eleventh inning. However, it was Seattle's perseverance that paid off when they added two more crucial runs in the twelfth inning thanks to clutch hitting from J.P. Crawford and Julio Rodríguez.

The Angels responded with one run but fell short as Mariners' defense sealed their fate without further damage. This victory was pivotal for Seattle as they continue their push towards postseason contention.
