Orioles at Bat

The Orioles demonstrated resilience and skill throughout the game, amassing 10 hits and scoring 5 runs. Notable performances included Dylan Carlson, who achieved a perfect batting average of 1.000 from two at-bats, driving in two runs with his powerful slugging of 2.500. Coby Mayo also shone brightly with an impressive .667 batting average and an on-base plus slugging (OPS) of 1.667, although he couldn't convert this into home runs or RBIs in this outing.

Edward Hodo made his presence felt by hitting perfectly in his single at-bat and maintaining an on-base percentage (OBP) of 1.000 alongside Luis Vázquez who hit .500 and boasted an OBP of .667 from his disciplined approach at the plate.

Pitching Struggles

On the mound, it was a challenging day for Orioles pitchers who collectively posted an earned run average (ERA) significantly higher than desired. Seranthony Domínguez struggled with control leading to an ERA of 40.5 across his appearance while Noah Denoyer also faced difficulties resulting in an ERA of 36.0 despite striking out opponents at a rate of 18 strikeouts per nine innings pitched.

Gregory Soto was tagged with the loss after surrendering multiple runs which contributed to his ERA standing at 9.0 for this game without recording any strikeouts—a stark contrast to some high-strikeout performances seen from other members of the bullpen.
