Orioles Stifled by Diamondbacks' Offensive Onslaught at Chase Field

The Diamondbacks showcased their offensive might early on, setting the tone in the first inning with one run and two hits. Their prowess was further displayed in a fifth inning rally that produced five runs off five hits, effectively sealing their dominance over the Orioles. In total, Arizona amassed nine runs on fourteen hits.


On the other side of things, Baltimore's offense struggled to gain momentum against Arizona's pitchers. The team finished with an average of .143 and an on-base percentage (OBP) of .200. Among individual performances for Baltimore, Ramón Urías stood out slightly with an average of .333 and an OPS (on-base plus slugging) of .666 from his efforts in this game as well as previous ones.

Pitching also proved challenging for Baltimore; Dean Kremer started on the mound but faced difficulties containing Arizona's hitters. He ended his outing with an earned run average (ERA) of 11.571 over 4.2 innings pitched and conceded three home runs among eight hits.
