The first inning set an early tone as the Tigers quickly took control by scoring 2 runs on 3 hits. The Red Sox managed to get one hit but failed to capitalize on it, leaving them scoreless after their first turn at bat.

Third Inning

The third inning was pivotal for both teams but particularly devastating for Boston. The Motor City Kitties unleashed an offensive barrage, scoring an impressive 9 runs on 7 hits and taking advantage of one error committed by Boston's defense. This explosive performance put significant pressure on Tanner Houck and his teammates.

Despite efforts from players like Rafael Devers, who maintained a perfect batting average in this game with an OPS of 2.0 from his previous performance stats, the Sox could not muster any runs during this inning.

Sixth Inning

Boston finally got onto the scoreboard in the sixth inning when they managed to bring home their first run thanks to Wilyer Abreu’s solo homerun—his second hit of that nature across recent games—showcasing some individual brilliance amidst collective struggles.

However, Detroit responded immediately by adding another run themselves through consistent hitting patterns that kept Boston’s bullpen under constant pressure throughout their time pitching.

Ninth Inning

As we approached what would be considered crunch time under normal circumstances (though not quite applicable given how far ahead Detroit already was), Boston added another run courtesy of Abraham Toro’s efforts; however it proved too little too late against such formidable opposition who had already secured victory long before then due largely due strong performances from key players within their lineup earlier during proceedings which saw them accumulate total tally fourteen overall compared just two achieved visitors' side despite best attempts made trying claw back deficit encountered along way here tonight ultimately proving insurmountable task indeed unfortunately so much dismay those supporting 'Red Nation'.
