The Tigers showcased their offensive might right from the start but truly broke away in the fourth inning with an impressive five runs off five hits. Overall, Detroit's batters ended the game with a .286 batting average, hitting three home runs among their ten hits. Key players included Zachary McKinstry and Ryan Kreidler who both boasted an impressive .667 batting average for this game. McKinstry not only excelled at bat but also contributed significantly with his slugging percentage standing at an outstanding 1.667.


On the pitching side, Tarik Skubal delivered an exceptional performance as a starter for the Tigers by maintaining a low ERA of 1.5 across six innings pitched, striking out nine batters which contributed to his team's dominant win by keeping Orioles' hitters at bay.
