Tigers Look to Dominate Angels in Anaheim Showdown

Tigers' Recent Performance

The Detroit Tigers are heading into their upcoming game against the Los Angeles Angels with a mixed bag of recent performances. In their last three games against the Houston Astros, the Tigers managed one win and suffered two losses. Despite this, they showcased some promising offensive capabilities, particularly in their victory where they scored seven runs on eleven hits. The Motor City Kitties have demonstrated an ability to capitalize on scoring opportunities, as evidenced by their four runs scored with two outs in that game.

However, consistency remains a challenge for the Tigs. Their pitching staff has shown variability; while they managed to keep the Astros at bay in one game with only four runs allowed, other outings saw them giving up six and eight runs respectively. The bullpen's performance has been particularly erratic, which could be a focal point for improvement as they prepare for the Halos.
