First Inning

Middle Innings (3rd - 7th)


As both teams settled into their rhythms during these middle innings, neither side was able to add any more runs to their tally. The Tigers’ pitching staff continued to hold firm against Toronto's batters through consistent groundouts and flyouts. However, despite several opportunities with runners on base—leaving eight men on base overall—the Motor City Kitties couldn't capitalize further offensively.


Eighth Inning


The eighth inning saw momentum shift towards Toronto when they finally broke through Detroit’s defenses thanks largely due to timely hitting from their lineup which resulted in one run being scored—tying up proceedings heading into what would be decisive final stages of play.
