First Inning

The game kicked off with an impressive start for the Motor City Kitties. They quickly established dominance by scoring 2 runs on 3 hits during their first inning at-bat. Spencer Torkelson played a pivotal role in this early lead by driving in runs and setting the tone for his team. The Birds struggled to respond initially as they were held scoreless despite managing to get two hits.

Fourth Inning

By the fourth inning, both teams had settled into their rhythm. However, it was during this period that Toronto's Blue Birds made their move to close the gap on Detroit's lead.
