Third Inning

The third inning saw some action as both teams got on the scoreboard. For the Twinkies, they managed to score their first run thanks to a couple of well-timed hits. However, it was during this inning that the Halos took control by scoring three runs off three hits, including a home run that set them ahead.

Sixth Inning

A pivotal moment came in the sixth inning when Minnesota rallied back with two runs from one hit and capitalized on an error by Los Angeles. This effort brought them within striking distance of tying or taking over but ultimately fell short as they couldn't maintain momentum in subsequent innings.

Eighth Inning

In another twist during this competitive matchup, Los Angeles added an insurance run in their half of the eighth inning through strategic hitting and base running which extended their lead further away from Minnesota's reach.

Ninth Inning

Despite efforts made by players like Trevor Larnach who had been performing consistently well throughout recent games (batting average .500), along with Byron Buxton’s contributions (.333 average), it wasn't enough for Minnesota's comeback attempt against strong pitching from LA’s bullpen closing out any chances left open late into playtime resulting finally ending up losing narrowly yet again here today!
