Pitching Mastery Shuts Down Cardinals


On the pitching front, William Warren delivered an outstanding start for the Yankees by maintaining an earned run average (ERA) of 0.00 across three innings pitched, demonstrating effective control over his opponents with zero walks allowed and striking out nearly twelve batters per nine innings pitched.


The bullpen followed suit with Leonardo Pestana and Mark Leiter contributing to preserving this shutout by keeping their ERAs at 0.00 while showcasing their ability to close out games effectively without conceding any bases on balls or hits over several innings pitched.
