At Chase Center in San Francisco, the Atlanta Hawks were unable to contain the offensive firepower of their opponents. Despite putting up an impressive 112 points themselves, it was not enough to overcome the Golden State Warriors' total of 134. The Hawks showed promise early on with a seven-point lead and managed to stay ahead for over seven minutes during the game. However, they struggled defensively throughout, allowing a substantial number of points in paint (62) and fast-break points (14).

The Hawks demonstrated solid teamwork with an impressive tally of 30 assists and also capitalized on turnovers by scoring nine points off them. They fought hard under both baskets as evidenced by their total rebound count which stood at 52; this included securing 13 offensive rebounds which led to second-chance opportunities resulting in 15 second-chance points.

Offensively for Atlanta, field goal attempts were numerous but only saw a success rate of about 42 percent overall. From beyond the arc, they shot at approximately one-third efficiency making just fourteen out of forty-three attempts from three-point range. Their free throw performance was more reliable with a completion rate nearing seventy-seven percent from twenty-six attempts.

Star players from both teams made significant contributions but it was ultimately Golden State's higher shooting accuracy that tipped scales – achieving sixty percent from two-point range and forty-eight percent for threes compared to Atlanta's forty-nine percent and thirty-three percent respectively.

Looking forward after this tough loss on foreign hardwoods; fans can look forward to seeing their team back in action soon when they host Dallas Mavericks at State Farm Arena located in Atlanta on January twenty-sixth at six o'clock PM Eastern Time. This upcoming game will be broadcasted nationally on NBA TV channel two hundred sixteen as well as locally on Peachtree TV and BSSW channel six hundred seventy-six for away fans wishing to tune in.
