In their last game against the Chicago Bulls, the Hawks secured a victory with 113 points over the Bulls' 101. This win was marked by an impressive three-point shooting performance, hitting 48 percent from beyond the arc and showcasing a solid offensive rating of approximately 117 points per possession. Their defensive efforts were also notable, holding their opponents to just over one point per possession.

However, consistency has been an issue for Atlanta. In a prior matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks, despite scoring 113 points again and maintaining an effective field goal percentage of around 53 percent, they fell short as they allowed the Bucks to score 122 points. Defensive lapses proved costly as they gave up approximately 123 points per possession on defense.

The most thrilling encounter came against Boston Celtics where both teams fought tooth and nail into overtime. The Hawks emerged victorious with a narrow margin scoring 123 points against Celtics' 122. Their two-point shooting was particularly effective at around sixty percent success rate which contributed significantly to this high-scoring affair.

Looking ahead at Ball Arena – known for its altitude which can affect players’ stamina – conditioning will play an essential role for both teams. The venue could influence game pace and player performance especially in late quarters when fatigue sets in.
