The game at Moda Center saw the Celtics dominate from the start, leading by as many as 21 points and maintaining control for over 46 minutes. The team's scoring was consistent throughout, posting quarters of 32, 31, 26, and an impressive final quarter surge with 37 points. The Celtics' offense was firing on all cylinders with an effective field goal percentage of approximately 56 percent and a true shooting percentage reaching around 62 percent.

Boston's performance was not just limited to scoring; they also excelled in ball distribution with a total of 29 assists and demonstrated defensive tenacity by accumulating twelve steals. Their efforts on both ends resulted in an efficiency game score of approximately 112. On the rebounding front, they were dominant as well, grabbing a total of fifty-eight rebounds—eighteen offensive and forty defensive.

The team capitalized on turnovers by scoring twenty-eight points off them while also making their presence felt in the paint with fifty points scored inside that area. Free throw accuracy played its part too; Boston made twenty-nine out of thirty-five attempts from the line which translates to an approximate free throw percentage of eighty-three percent.

On Portland's side despite falling short in this matchup showed resilience especially during the fourth quarter where they racked up forty-two points—their highest-scoring period in this game. They managed to match Boston's twelve steals and put up strong numbers from fast-break opportunities converting nine out eleven for twenty-four fast-break points.

Portland’s bench contributed significantly adding twenty-six bench points just one point shy compared to Boston’s bench output but it wasn't enough against a determined Celtics squad that led for most parts of this contest.

As fans look forward to future matchups it is important to note that next up for the Boston Celtics is an away game against Utah Jazz at Delta Center located in Salt Lake City scheduled for March nineteenth at nine PM Eastern Time (six PM Pacific Time).
