In a compelling matchup at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the Boston Celtics added another win to their impressive season record, now standing at 64-18 after defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers with a final score of 109-102. The game began with an explosive first quarter for the Celtics, putting up 37 points against the Cavaliers' 30. This early lead set the tone for the rest of the game. Despite a more balanced second quarter where both teams showcased their offensive capabilities—25 points by Boston and 27 by Cleveland—the Celtics managed to maintain their lead throughout.

Boston's performance was highlighted by efficient shooting across all quarters and particularly notable was their accuracy from beyond the arc and within paint. The team shot an impressive 49 percent from field goals and an even more remarkable 88 percent from free throws. Their three-point shooting was also solid at 38 percent, contributing significantly to their total score.

Defensively, Boston held strong as well; they registered four blocks and six steals over the course of the game. This defensive effort limited Cleveland's scoring opportunities despite the latter's attempts to close down gaps through fast breaks and points in paint where they scored 42 points.

The Cavaliers showed resilience especially in generating turnovers which led them to score a total of 26 points off turnovers compared to Boston's fourteen. However, this effort wasn't enough as they struggled with shooting efficiency overall—44 percent from field goals and only making five out of seven free throw attempts.

One key aspect that stood out for Boston was its ability to dominate both rebounds and assists categories which played crucial roles in securing this victory. They outrebounded Cleveland with a total of fifty-seven rebounds (forty-eight personal rebounds) against forty-one and managed fifteen assists throughout this tightly contested game.

Looking ahead, fans can anticipate another exciting encounter as The Boston Celtics are set to host The Cleveland Cavaliers once again at TD Garden on May fifteenth at seven o'clock PM Eastern Time. This upcoming game promises another chapter in this riveting rivalry between two formidable teams striving for supremacy in post-season play. Fans eager not miss any action can catch live broadcasts on TNT or truTV.
