On defense, Luke Kornet's presence was felt as he contributed two blocks and eight rebounds, helping to limit opportunities for the Pistons. Derrick White facilitated playmaking effectively with eleven assists while also contributing defensively with two blocks.


The Detroit Pistons showed resilience despite trailing behind throughout most of the game. They managed to score efficiently from three-point range (51 percent) and had strong bench contributions totaling 48 points. However, their efforts were not enough to overcome the Celtics' strategic gameplay and defensive pressure.
