Celtics' Defensive Strength


The Celtics showcased their defensive prowess, limiting the Magic to just 98 points. A key factor was their ability to block shots, recording a total of 7 blocks throughout the game. Al Horford played an instrumental role with his defensive contributions, including an impressive 5 blocks and securing crucial rebounds that helped maintain Boston's lead.


Jaylen Brown also contributed significantly on defense with 2 steals and added offensive support by scoring 21 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Jayson Tatum led all scorers with an outstanding performance, tallying up to 37 points along with his defensive efforts which included securing vital rebounds.

Magic's Offensive Efforts


Despite falling short, the Orlando Magic put forth a commendable effort on offense. They managed to score effectively in the paint, accumulating a total of 46 points from close range attempts. Their fast break opportunities were another highlight as they converted them into valuable points against Boston's defense.


However, turnovers proved costly for Orlando as they committed a total of ten turnovers during this contest which allowed Boston to capitalize and extend their lead further into double digits during critical moments of play.
