In their last encounter with the Milwaukee Bucks on November 18th, the Hornets fell short by a significant margin, scoring 99 points against the Bucks' commanding 130. It was a game that exposed some defensive frailties as they allowed a high shooting percentage from both two-point range (61 percent) and three-point range (49 percent). However, it's important not to overlook their offensive efforts where they managed to put up 48 points in paint and had an impressive free throw percentage of 86 percent.

The upcoming game against the Knicks presents an opportunity for redemption. The key for Charlotte will be improving their three-point defense and efficiency; in their previous game against Milwaukee, they allowed a staggering 22 made threes while only converting six themselves. This discrepancy was one of many factors contributing to their loss.

On offense, there is room for optimism. Despite losing on November 15th against Miami Heat with a score of 105-111 at home, Charlotte showcased its long-range capabilities by hitting nearly 47 percent from beyond the arc. If they can replicate this shooting performance and combine it with better ball security than in previous games where turnovers were an issue (18 turnovers against Miami), then fans can expect a competitive showing.

The New York Knicks are coming off a strong performance on November 12th when they defeated Charlotte at Madison Square Garden with an impressive scoreline of 129-107. The Knicks demonstrated efficient scoring across all fronts – particularly in paint where they scored 62 points – and capitalized on fast-break opportunities which resulted in them leading for most of the game.

For Charlotte Hornets fans looking forward to this rematch at Spectrum Center on November 18th at around 6:00 PM EST time zone equivalent (23:00 UTC), there's hope that home-court advantage might tip scales in favor of CHA this time around. With strategic adjustments and execution on both ends of court coupled with support from home crowd could very well lead them towards victory lane.
