In their last game against the Clippers, despite a valiant effort that saw them put up 104 points, they fell short by nine points. The team showed promise on offense with a field goal percentage of 46 and were particularly effective inside, scoring 62 points in the paint. However, their three-point shooting was lackluster at just 21 percent. Defensively, they allowed 113 points against them – an area that needs tightening up.

The previous matchup with Denver Nuggets painted a similar picture; while putting up a respectable fight on home turf, they lost by seven points with an overall score of 95-102. Their bench contributed impressively with 45 points but turnovers remained an issue as they gave away possession eighteen times.

Perhaps most concerning was their encounter with Indiana Pacers where defense seemed almost non-existent for Charlotte; conceding a staggering 144 points while managing to score only 113 themselves. This marked one of their most significant defeats in terms of point difference this season.

The upcoming game presents another tough challenge as they enter Lakers territory. Fans can expect Charlotte to focus on improving its defensive efforts and capitalizing on its ability to score in the paint while hoping for better accuracy from beyond the arc.
