The home team started strong, outscoring their opponents in the first quarter with an impressive 37 points against the Bucks' 28. However, momentum shifted as the game progressed. The second quarter saw a dip in performance from the Hornets, managing only 20 points compared to Milwaukee's consistent scoring pace of over 30 points per quarter.

The Charlotte Hornets showcased resilience throughout the match. Despite trailing behind in subsequent quarters—24 and 18 points in third and fourth respectively—they fought valiantly against a formidable opponent. Their effort was evident in their free throw accuracy which stood at an outstanding 86 percent and contributed significantly to their total score.

Offensively, Charlotte managed to put up substantial numbers inside with a total of 48 points coming from paint plays. Their offensive rebounds reached nine for this game but were overshadowed by Milwaukee's defensive prowess that limited second-chance opportunities for Charlotte.

Defensively, however, it was challenging for Charlotte as they struggled to contain Milwaukee's sharpshooters who had an exceptional night beyond the arc hitting nearly half of their attempts from three-point range (49 percent). This outside shooting efficiency played a pivotal role in expanding Milwaukee's lead throughout the contest.

The bench players from both teams made notable contributions; however, it was once again Milwaukee who edged out with four more bench points than Charlotte’s tally of 36. In terms of ball handling and playmaking abilities too, The Hornets lagged slightly behind as they recorded an assists turnover ratio lower than that achieved by their opponents on this occasion.

Despite these challenges faced by The Hornets during this matchup against one of Eastern Conference’s top contenders – there were still moments where individual performances shone through for them on court which will be built upon going forward into future games this season.

Looking ahead after tonight’s encounter at Spectrum Center - fans can catch The Charlotte Hornets back in action when they host New York Knicks on November 18th at Spectrum Center once again; tip-off is scheduled for around six o'clock PM Eastern Time. Fans can tune into BSSE or MSG networks depending on location preference to follow all live-action between these two teams then.
