Game Highlights


The Hornets showed resilience throughout the match, with LaMelo Ball leading the charge with an impressive 36 points. Ball's performance was not just about scoring; he also contributed six assists and four rebounds, proving his all-around impact on the game. His shooting accuracy was notable as well, hitting 58 percent from the field and an impressive 50 percent from beyond the arc.


Other significant contributions came from Brandon Miller and Josh Green. Miller added 16 points and six assists to Charlotte's tally while displaying defensive skills with two steals. Green provided a spark offensively with 12 points on a remarkable shooting night where he hit two out of three attempts from three-point range.


Despite these efforts, Boston maintained control for most of the game thanks to their balanced attack and solid defense. The Celtics led by as much as 21 points and were ahead for nearly 46 minutes of playtime. Their ability to convert turnovers into points was crucial in maintaining this lead.


Player Performances


Apart from Ball's standout performance, several other Hornets players made noteworthy contributions. Cody Martin had an efficient night scoring eleven points on fifty percent shooting from both field goals overall and seventy-five percent inside-the-arc shots while also grabbing four rebounds.


On defense, Charlotte managed ten steals over Boston's fifteen turnovers but struggled to contain Boston’s offense which saw them making thirty-six field goals at forty-four percent accuracy overall.
