First Quarter

The game began with the Warriors taking an early lead, scoring 39 points compared to the Hornets' 28. The Dubs showcased their offensive prowess with efficient shooting from beyond the arc. Despite this, Buzz City managed to keep pace through contributions from Kon Knueppel and Brandon Miller.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, both teams continued their offensive efforts. The Hornets added another 29 points but struggled defensively against Golden State's relentless attack. LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges attempted to close the gap with key plays but were met by stiff resistance from Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw an explosive performance from both sides as Charlotte scored an impressive 37 points. However, it was not enough to outshine Golden State's remarkable display of three-point shooting that netted them 43 points in this period alone. Collin Sexton provided some spark for Buzz City with his aggressive drives and accurate shooting.

Fourth Quarter

As time wound down in the fourth quarter, Charlotte tried valiantly to mount a comeback but fell short despite strong efforts on both ends of the court. The final whistle reaction highlighted their determination even as they conceded victory to a dominant Warriors side.

This post-game report Charlotte Hornets reflects on how crucial defensive adjustments will be for future games if they are to contend effectively against high-scoring opponents like Golden State.
