First Quarter

The Hornets set an aggressive tone early on, outscoring the Grizzlies 36-28. Brandon Miller led Buzz City with his sharp shooting, contributing significantly to their early lead. His field goal percentage of 53 percent was instrumental in establishing momentum for Charlotte.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, both teams battled fiercely with the Hornets maintaining their edge by scoring 26 points against Memphis's 27. Miles Bridges was pivotal during this period with his efficient shooting from beyond the arc and inside plays that kept Charlotte ahead.

Third Quarter

As play resumed after halftime, Moussa Diabaté made his presence felt under the basket. He secured a remarkable total of 19 rebounds throughout the game and added crucial points during this quarter as Charlotte extended their lead by adding another 28 points while limiting Memphis to just 20.

Fourth Quarter

The final quarter saw both teams score equally with each putting up 22 points. However, it was Kon Knueppel's playmaking ability that shone through as he dished out six assists overall and helped maintain ball movement for Buzz City’s offense.

Despite a strong defensive effort from Grindhouse featuring seven blocks and ten steals throughout four quarters, they couldn't close down on key players like Miller or Bridges effectively enough to turn things around.

Charlotte Hornets coach post-game reaction highlighted satisfaction over team performance especially praising efforts in paint where they scored an impressive total of fifty-two points compared to thirty-eight by Grit-and-Grind crew which proved decisive factor according to him when asked about Charlotte Hornets vs Memphis Grizzlies key moments during press conference later evening following match conclusion
