The game was a showcase of offensive skill, with both teams putting up impressive numbers. The Cavaliers outrebounded the Spurs with a total of 54 rebounds compared to their opponent's 45. A significant contribution came from the bench, where the home team amassed an impressive 60 bench points. The team's shooting accuracy was on display as they hit an efficient 49 percent from the field and maintained a solid three-point percentage at 37.

The Cavaliers' ability to convert second-chance opportunities played a pivotal role in their win; they scored 18 second-chance points off of eight made shots from fourteen attempts. Dominating inside, they also outscored the Spurs in points in paint by six points, totaling at an effective rate of over half their attempts.

Defensively, Cleveland managed to block three shots and steal possession six times throughout the contest. Their defensive efforts were reflected in holding San Antonio just below them with an offensive rating slightly lower than that of Cleveland's own offensive output per possession.

San Antonio did not go down without a fight; they led for nearly one-third of game time and had moments where they seemed poised to take control. They boasted ten steals and six blocks while drawing more fouls than Cleveland did. Their fast break efficiency was notable as well; converting seven out of eight attempts into fast break points.

As for individual performances that stood out during this matchup – neither team disclosed such details – but it is clear that teamwork on both ends contributed heavily to this nail-biter finish.

Looking ahead, fans can anticipate another exciting matchup as the Cleveland Cavaliers host Brooklyn Nets at AccorHotels Arena in Paris on January 11th at 2:00 PM local time (8:00 AM Eastern Time).
