From the opening quarter, the Cavaliers set an aggressive tone, racking up an impressive 40 points to establish their presence on court. Their offensive efforts were matched by a solid defense that limited the Bulls to just 21 points in that same period. The home team's ability to maintain control was evident as they led for over 46 minutes of game time and achieved their largest lead of 21 points.

The Cavaliers' bench made significant contributions totaling an impressive 44 bench points, which played a key role in their victory. This depth proved too much for the Bulls whose bench managed only 23 points. Moreover, Cleveland's accuracy from beyond the arc was notable as they hit an effective rate of about thirty-five percent from three-point range with twenty successful shots out of fifty-seven attempts.

Defensively, Cleveland also outperformed Chicago with nine steals and three blocks contributing to eighteen points off turnovers. The defensive prowess was further highlighted by holding Chicago to just fourteen points in the fourth quarter while extending their own lead with twenty-nine additional points.

On individual performances for Cleveland, it was a collective effort where every player contributed towards this win both offensively and defensively. Their efficiency rating stood at a commendable one hundred twenty-seven compared to ninety-two from Chicago.
