The game unfolded at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, where both teams showcased their strengths and weaknesses through four quarters of intense basketball. The Cavaliers started off trailing with 18 points to the Magic's 24 in the first quarter but gradually built their momentum to lead and eventually win the game. This victory was not just about scoring; it was about strategic plays and utilizing every opportunity to gain an advantage.

The Cavaliers excelled in various aspects of the game. They blocked eight shots compared to the Magic's four and stole the ball eight times. Their offensive strategy paid off with them scoring 50 points in paint out of an attempt of 44 shots, showcasing their dominance inside the arc. Furthermore, they capitalized on second-chance opportunities by converting six out of eight attempts into 16 points.

On defense, Cleveland showed resilience by limiting Orlando to shooting only 34 percent from field goals and maintaining a defensive rating that kept them ahead throughout most parts of the game. Their efforts were complemented by drawing more fouls (32) than committing (23), which translated into making 30 free throws out of an attempted 36.

Orlando Magic tried to counteract with their performance but struggled against Cleveland's defense. Despite leading for nearly half an hour during gameplay and establishing an early lead with as much as eighteen points ahead at one point, they couldn't maintain their momentum. The Magic managed to make ten three-pointers out of thirty-one attempts but fell short on two-pointers by making only nineteen out of fifty-five attempts.

Their bench contributed twenty-one points but was overshadowed by turnovers; seventeen in total which allowed Cleveland seventeen points off turnovers directly impacting Orlando's chances negatively.

As both teams battled fiercely through each quarter marked by six ties and five lead changes overall, it was clear that every play mattered significantly towards determining this outcome.

Looking forward after this pivotal win for The Cleveland Cavaliers is another challenging matchup against Boston Celtics scheduled on May 7th at TD Garden in Boston. Fans can catch all live action broadcasted on TNT starting from seven o'clock Eastern Time as these two teams face off once again.
