The Cleveland Cavaliers continued their unbeaten streak, moving to an 8-0 record after securing a victory over the Milwaukee Bucks with a final score of 116-114. The Bucks, struggling to find their rhythm this season, now stand at a 1-6 record. This game was marked by intense moments and showcased the depth and talent of both teams.

Key Highlights from the Game


The Cavaliers led for most of the game, holding onto the lead for over 32 minutes with their biggest advantage being 19 points. Their offensive efforts were bolstered by Darius Garland who scored an impressive 39 points, along with contributing eight assists. Jarrett Allen also made significant contributions with a double-double consisting of 14 points and an astounding 15 rebounds. His presence on both ends of the floor was instrumental in keeping the Cavaliers ahead throughout the contest. Evan Mobley added another layer to Cleveland's attack with his versatility, scoring 17 points alongside five rebounds and three blocks.


On defense, Cleveland managed to outperform Milwaukee by capitalizing on turnovers which translated into 24 points off turnovers compared to Milwaukee’s 19. The team also excelled in fast-break situations, adding another dimension to their offense that kept the Bucks on their heels.


Milwaukee Bucks' Efforts


Despite falling short, Milwaukee showed resilience and competitive spirit throughout all four quarters. They were led by strong performances across their roster including making half of their field goal attempts (49 percent) and converting on free throws at an impressive rate of 87 percent accuracy.


The Bucks managed six steals equaling that of Cleveland but struggled slightly more in turning those opportunities into points off turnovers compared to their opponents. Their bench contributed significantly with 37 bench points showcasing depth but ultimately couldn't overcome Cleveland's lead.
