Key Performances on Court


The game was marked by notable contributions from several Cavaliers players. Darius Garland led his team with an impressive 23 points, complemented by five assists and five rebounds, showcasing his pivotal role in the team's offensive efforts. Georges Niang followed closely with 15 points and six rebounds, hitting an outstanding 71 percent of his field goals which included a remarkable three-point shooting accuracy of 75 percent.


Ty Jerome also made significant contributions off the bench with 14 points and six assists, demonstrating depth in the Cavaliers' roster. Despite these strong individual performances, it was not enough to secure a win against a determined Miami team.

Miami Heat’s Winning Strategy


The Miami Heat showcased their strength both defensively and offensively. With four blocks and four steals contributing to their defensive efforts, they managed to turn around possessions effectively. Offensively, they were led by balanced scoring across the board; their bench contributed significantly with 31 points.


Their ability to capitalize on second-chance opportunities was evident as they scored 19 second-chance points from nine attempts. The effective field goal percentage for Miami stood at an impressive 57 percent compared to Cleveland’s efficient but slightly lower rate of 56 percent.
