The Suns set the tone early on with a robust offensive display. They shot an impressive 60 percent from the field and an effective field goal percentage of 68 percent. Their sharpshooting was on full display as they converted 41 percent from beyond the arc, sinking 14 three-pointers. The Suns' efficiency was not just limited to shooting; they also dished out 30 assists while maintaining an assists turnover ratio of 2.0.

The Mavericks put up a valiant effort in front of their home crowd of 20,202 fans but were unable to match the Suns' scoring pace despite leading for nearly half of the game's duration. The home team managed to shoot at a respectable rate themselves with a field goal percentage of 46 percent and made good on their three-point attempts at a rate of 40 percent.

A key factor in this matchup was points scored off turnovers; while both teams were relatively even with Dallas scoring 18 points off turnovers compared to Phoenix's 21, it was Phoenix's ability to capitalize on fast breaks that stood out – they achieved a perfect fast break percentage and added another dimension to their offense with quick transition plays resulting in easy baskets.

Dallas' bench contributed significantly by adding an impressive total bench point count but it wasn't enough against Phoenix’s balanced attack which saw them dominate inside as well as outside – recording high percentages for both two-point shots and points scored in paint.

Despite being ejected from play during crucial moments, one Maverick player's performance stood out as he tried valiantly to keep his team within reach through his scoring efforts and playmaking abilities.

Looking ahead for Dallas Mavericks fans eager to support their team after this tough loss: The next game is scheduled against Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena on January 26th at around seven o'clock Eastern Time. Fans can catch all live action broadcasted nationally on NBA TV channel two hundred sixteen or follow along locally via Peachtree TV or BSSW channel six hundred seventy-six depending upon their location.
