The Mavericks' recent games have shown a team capable of both high-scoring offense and occasional lapses. In their last three outings, they've had two wins and one loss. Their most recent victory against the Suns showcased their offensive prowess with 128 points scored and an impressive 53 percent field goal percentage. The team's efficiency was notable with a game score of 110.4, bolstered by strong performances from both starters and bench players.

However, consistency remains an issue for Dallas as evidenced by their performance against the Rockets where they managed only 96 points with a subpar field goal percentage of around 35 percent. Despite this setback, it's worth noting that even in defeat, they demonstrated resilience by scoring 36 points in the final quarter.

Looking ahead to the upcoming game at Target Center, fans can expect Dallas to leverage its strengths – particularly its ability to score from beyond the arc where they recently hit over half of their attempts against San Antonio Spurs – while also aiming to tighten up defensively after allowing over 120 points in two out of three past games.

The venue itself may play a role; playing away from home always presents challenges but also opportunities for teams like Dallas to rally together and perform under pressure.
