Looking back at their last game on March 31st against the Houston Rockets, DAL showcased an offensive masterclass with a commanding 125-107 victory. Their scoring was evenly distributed across all four quarters, and they led for over 43 minutes of game time. With an impressive field goal percentage of 52 percent and a three-point shooting rate of 51 percent, it's clear that when DAL gets hot, they're hard to stop.

The Mavericks' bench contributed significantly with 34 points in that game. This depth is something that could prove vital against MIA's well-rounded squad. Additionally, DAL dominated in fast-break points and points off turnovers – areas where they can exploit any lapse in concentration by the Heat.

In another notable performance on March 30th versus the Sacramento Kings, DAL edged out a close one with a final score of 107-103. Despite leading for only just over two minutes throughout this contest, their clutch play down the stretch demonstrated resilience and composure under pressure – traits that will be essential when facing MIA’s tenacious defense.

Perhaps most impressively was DAL’s showing on March 27th against SAC once again where they put up an astounding total of 132 points while maintaining control throughout nearly forty minutes of playtime. Their efficiency from beyond the arc (56 percent) coupled with relentless pressure leading to steals (10) and fast-break opportunities (18 points), painted a picture of a team peaking at just the right moment.

The upcoming clash will not be without its challenges though; MIA is known for its defensive prowess and ability to control tempo. However, if recent trends hold true – particularly DAL’s high offensive rating (123.8) from their last encounter with HOU – then fans can expect another strong performance from Luka Dončić and company.
