Despite these standout performances, it was not enough to secure victory against a determined Miami Heat team that managed to edge out Dallas in overtime. The Heat's ability to capitalize on second-chance opportunities and convert points off turnovers played a crucial role in their win.


Miami's Counterattack

Defensively, both teams were evenly matched with each recording six steals and showcasing solid defensive plays throughout regulation time and into overtime. However, it was Miami's efficiency from beyond the arc that gave them an edge over Dallas.
