The Mavericks were led by Anthony Davis, who scored an impressive 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds. His defensive presence was also felt with three blocks. Klay Thompson contributed significantly with his sharp shooting, scoring 23 points on a remarkable field goal percentage of 73 percent. Dante Exum added depth from the bench, achieving a perfect shooting night and contributing eleven points along with six assists.

Sacramento’s offense was spearheaded by their ability to capitalize on fast breaks, scoring fifteen fast break points compared to thirteen by Dallas. However, turnovers proved costly for them; they committed eighteen turnovers which resulted in eighteen points for Dallas off those mistakes.
