Dallas Mavericks' Paint Power Falls Short Against New Orleans Pelicans

First Quarter

Second Quarter


In the second quarter, Dallas tightened their defense and outscored New Orleans by eight points. Anthony Davis was instrumental in this period for Big D, showcasing his dominance in rebounds and scoring inside the paint. Despite their efforts, they could not extend their lead significantly due to turnovers that allowed the Pelicans to stay within reach.


Third Quarter


The third quarter saw a balanced exchange between both teams as they each scored over 20 points. Daniel Gafford's presence was felt on defense for Dallas as he made crucial stops and grabbed rebounds that kept them competitive.
